I like to add Tart Cherry Concentrate to my grape juice. I learned about some of the things it could do at the Mother Earth News Fair. I was extremely skeptical myself. It is fairly expensive at around 10.00 for 16 FL Oz. We reluctantly gave it a try.
We only add about 1 -2 tablespoons of Tart Cherry Concentrate to every 4-6 ounces of juice.
